He noted that Talabi's leadership style defined by humility, integrity, and quiet diligence has made him an indispensable engine room of government operations, particularly in ensuring seamless inter-agency collaboration and the execution of the ISEYA development blueprint.
Showunmi commended Mr. Talabi’s non-confrontational, yet firm approach to administration, noting that his ability to listen, mediate, and resolve complex issues without unnecessary fanfare is a rare quality in today’s governance space. He stressed that the transport sector, especially informal operators like okada riders, have felt the positive impact of Talabi’s inclusive leadership.
