Makinde gave the commendation while speaking on the monarch’s first coronation anniversary held at Baptist Primary School, Owu Akinale on Saturday.
Describing the past one year as a period of significant progress, unity and renewed development in Owu-Akinale Kingdom.
According to him, the Towulade has demonstrated exemplary leadership and a strong commitment to the welfare and advancement of his people since ascending the throne, noting that his administration has continued to promote peace, unity and development across the kingdom.
The youth leader said the monarch’s achievements in his first year had shown that Oba Adediran was determined to use his position to positively transform the kingdom and create opportunities for both the younger and older generations.
Makinde also lauded the monarch for his efforts in preserving the cultural heritage and traditions of the people, stressing that the promotion of culture remained essential to maintaining the identity and unity of the kingdom.
He called on the people of Owu-Akinale, especially the youths, to continue supporting the Towulade and cooperate with his administration in order to sustain the peace and development being witnessed in the kingdom.
The Youth Leader congratulated Oba Oluseyi Adediran on his first coronation anniversary and prayed for the monarch to enjoy many more years of wisdom, good health and successful reign, assuring him of the continued support and loyalty of the youths of Owu-Akinale.
