Ogun Lawmaker, Tella Receives UNICEF's Certificate of Commitment for Reducing Out-of-School Children

The United Nations Children Fund, UNICEF has recognized the efforts of a Lawmaker, representing Abeokuta North State Constituency, Hon Babatunde Tella towards reducing Out of School Children in Ogun State.

Newschannel reports that the lawmaker had partnered with UNICEF in demonstrating his dedication to supporting the Ogun State government in reducing the number of Out-Of-School Children (OOSC) in Nigeria.

As part of his commitment to support Ogun State Government to reduce OOSC in Nigeria, Hon. Tunde Tella Commit to

1. Identifying the out of school children in Abeokuta North constituency

Work with traditional leaders & other stakeholders to organize enrolment campaigns for enrolling OOSC

3. Enrol the identified OOSC into schools or IQS

Provide school supplies for children

5. Support schools and IQS with infrastructure.
