Dimofeshy Multi-Investment CEO, Tambolo Mourns Iyeru

The Chief Executive Officer of Dimofeshy Multi-Investment Nigeria Limited and Diaspora Chairman of the Central Coordinate Movement, Alhaji Odewole Oladimeji Monsuru, popularly known as Tambolo, has mourned the death of the Former Chairman of the Ogun State chapter of the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW), Alhaji Akeem Bodunrin, popularly known as Iyeru.

Iyeru reportedly died on Saturday evening at his residence in Ogun State, leaving family members, associates and supporters mourning his death.

In a condolence message, Tambolo described the death of the former NURTW chairman as a painful loss, saying Iyeru’s contributions to the transport sector and society would be remembered by those who encountered him.

He said, “I received the news of the death of Alhaji Akeem Bodunrin, popularly known as Iyeru, with deep sadness. His passing is a painful loss to his family, friends, associates and the entire Ogun State.”

Tambolo, who expressed sympathy with the deceased’s immediate family, said Iyeru was a prominent figure whose activities and leadership in the state’s transport sector had earned him recognition among stakeholders.

According to him, “Iyeru was a man who made his presence felt in the affairs of the transport sector. His death has created a vacuum that will be difficult to fill, and we can only pray that Almighty Allah grants him eternal rest.”

The businessman and political mobilisation strategist urged members of Iyeru’s family and his associates to take solace in the memories of the deceased and the impact he made during his lifetime.

Tambolo said the deceased’s passing was a reminder of the transient nature of life, urging those left behind to continue to uphold the values and relationships that Iyeru cherished.

He added, “At this difficult moment, I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family, colleagues and all those who mourn his passing. May Almighty Allah give them the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”

Tambolo prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive Iyeru’s shortcomings and grant him Al-Jannah Firdaus, while asking God to comfort the family and grant the deceased eternal rest.
