The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Adeola Olamilekan Solomon Yayi, has commended the Central Coordinate Movement (CCM) for its organisational strength and commitment towards mobilising massive support for the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Senator Yayi gave the commendation during a strategic meeting with active support groups within the APC fold, where he acknowledged the role of grassroots movements in strengthening the party’s chances at the polls.
The APC governorship hopeful praised the leadership and dedication of the Chairman of the Central Coordinate Movement, Alhaji Taiwo Elewide, popularly known as Big Champion and Akile Egbaland, for his unwavering commitment to ensuring the success of APC candidates across various elective positions in the forthcoming election.
According to Senator Yayi, the commitment displayed by CCM reflects the importance of unity, teamwork and grassroots engagement in achieving electoral success.
He described the movement as a formidable political structure with the capacity to mobilise supporters across communities, noting that the group’s dedication would play a significant role in advancing the party’s vision.
Senator Yayi further appreciated Alhaji Elewide for his leadership qualities and continuous efforts in promoting the ideals of the APC, while expressing confidence that the movement would remain a strong pillar in the party’s campaign efforts.
