Ajibola Sodiq Akinwande (MNIVS, RSV, CPM) is a Chartered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, duly registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
He is also a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Contract, Project and Facility Management (CICPFM) and a Chartered Project Manager (CPM), reflecting his multidisciplinary expertise in real estate consultancy, project management, facility administration, and strategic development.
A distinction graduate of Estate Management and Valuation from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, he further advanced his academic pursuit with a Bachelor of Science degree in Estate Management from Abia State University. He also holds a Project Management Essentials certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, Pennsylvania, USA strengthening his competence in leadership, project execution, and organizational strategy.
Ajibola is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with extensive professional experience spanning property valuation, real estate development, consultancy, property management, agency, project coordination, and investment advisory services.
Over the years, he has built a reputation for delivering innovative and client-focused real estate solutions with professionalism and integrity.
His wealth of industry experience and results-driven leadership earned him the position of General Manager at Barods Global Limited, a reputable real estate solutions company serving clients across Nigeria and the diaspora. Under his professional influence, the company has continued to expand its footprint in property marketing, advisory services, and investment-driven real estate opportunities.
Beyond traditional real estate practice, Ajibola is widely recognized as a real estate media enthusiast and industry advocate who has consistently lent his voice to conversations promoting the advancement, professionalism, and modernization of estate surveying and valuation practices in Nigeria.
Through media engagements, professional discussions, public sensitization campaigns, and youth-focused initiatives, he continues to champion ethical standards, professional visibility, and innovation within the real estate sector.

Outside his professional engagements, Ajibola remains passionate about youth empowerment, leadership development, and community advancement. He currently serves as the Executive Secretary of the Barods Empowerment Foundation, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm of Barods Global Limited, where he leads initiatives focused on educational support, community development, entrepreneurship, and capacity building for young people across Nigeria.
