The Chairman of the Ogun Youth Assembly, Ambassador Habeeb Whyte, has extended warm felicitations to the Alake and Paramount Ruler of Egbaland, Oba (Dr.) Adedotun Aremu Gbadebo III, on his birthday anniversary.
Amb. Whyte disclosed in a statement signed by him made available to newsmen on Sunday.
Whyte described the revered monarch as a beacon of unity, peace, and progress, whose reign has brought honour and pride not only to the Egba people but also to Ogun State as a whole.
He commended the Alake’s visionary leadership, cultural preservation, and unwavering support for youth empowerment, noting that Oba Gbadebo’s influence has strengthened traditional institutions and promoted stability across the state.
“On behalf of the Ogun Youth Assembly, I celebrate our esteemed royal father, the Alake of Egbaland, on this auspicious occasion of your birthday. Your Majesty’s dedication to preserving our heritage, driving development, and inspiring the younger generation is a light we all draw from,” Whyte said.
The Youth Assembly Chairman acknowledged the monarch’s consistent advocacy for education, entrepreneurship, and values that uplift young people, describing his reign as a source of encouragement for emerging leaders in Ogun State.
He prayed for God to grant the Alake continued wisdom, good health, and long life to keep leading his people with distinction and fatherly guidance.
