The Council boss charged the sixty appointees across the twelve political wards of Obafemi Owode Local Government to be responsive to the directive, as their appointment is to guide the trust repose in them by the people, by the administration and by those who believed in the party ideologies.
He urged them to let humility, integrity and diligence guide their actions, as the moment is not only about titles and position, it is about commitment.
He charged each of the appointees to work collectively to support the good policies of His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON and to serve the people of Ogun State with honour.
He disclosed that their appointment was in no doubt with the recognition of their track records, while he enjoined them to build on that so as to achieve more success in this political atmosphere.
Similarly, the Council boss encouraged all other ruling party members to remain resolute in supporting the party policies, as their efforts will not go unnoticed.
He thanked all the leaders of the All Progressive Congress, APC in Obafemi Owode Local Government for their guidance, commitment, cooperation and for joining in affirming this new team,as building our future together is a collective responsibility.
