Ogun: Lewa Alaso Fabrics Opens Walk-In Store In Abeokuta

A leading fashion and fabric brand, Lewa Alaso Fabrics, has officially opened its walk-in store at the Laderin Workers Estate in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, bringing its premium collections closer to customers after 13 years of successful online operations.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Chief Executive Officer of the company, Funmilola Itunu, expressed excitement over the milestone, describing it as a dream come true and a major step in the brand’s growth journey.
According to her, Lewa Alaso Fabrics has been catering to customers online for more than a decade, but the decision to establish a physical outlet was driven by the need to offer a more personal shopping experience.

“I’ve been a lover of fashion for as long as I can remember. We started our business about 13 years ago, running purely online. But now, we have decided to open a walk-in store to better serve our customers,” she said.

The new store offers a wide range of quality fabrics for both men and women, including Ankara, Adire, and imported laces from China, Switzerland, and Austria.
The CEO revealed that the brand’s Adire collections are locally produced and carefully monitored from start to finish to maintain authenticity and preserve the cultural heritage of Abeokuta — widely known as the home of Adire in Nigeria.

“We added Adire to our brand because we believe in supporting our own. Since we are based in Abeokuta, it’s only right to promote our indigenous fabric so that people abroad can also appreciate the beauty of our Adire,” she explained.

She emphasized that all products sold at Lewa Alaso Fabrics are of top-notch quality, affordable, and carefully selected to meet customers’ expectations.

“We do not compromise on quality. We go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. What you order is exactly what you get,” she assured.
Beyond business, the CEO noted that the establishment of the walk-in store would also create employment opportunities for young people in the community.

“Even if our staff strength starts with five, that’s five families lifted out of unemployment. It’s our way of giving back to the community,” she added.

Itunu also called on customers and fashion lovers to continue supporting the brand, promising exceptional service and swift delivery both locally and internationally.
“Our online store remains active 24 hours a day, and we deliver worldwide. I’m appealing to all our customers — show your girl love and support the Lewa Alaso Fabrics brand. We are ready to give you the best,” she said.
