The award ceremony was held on Saturday at thunder rock liberation Assembly Int’l, Soyoye Abeokuta which attracted religious leaders, community stakeholders, and political figures.
In his acceptance speech, Hon. Babatunde Tella expressed deep gratitude to the Christian Association of Nigeria for recognizing his efforts.
He described the award as a call to greater service and reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that promote unity, religious harmony, and community progress.
Tella emphasized that serving the people remains his priority and pledged to continue working closely with religious bodies to ensure that communities remain peaceful and progressive.
He commended CAN for its role in fostering spiritual growth and social stability in the community.
The Deputy Chief Whip also encouraged leaders at all levels to collaborate with religious institutions, noting that such partnerships contribute significantly to maintaining moral standards and enhancing development at the grassroots.
