Former Leader of the House in Abeokuta North Legislative Council, Hon. Lijadu Olumide, has congratulated the trio of Alhaja Faidat Sarumi-Akintunde, Hon. Yemi Adelani (Igwe), and Hon. Femi Adiro on their recent appointments to key positions in Ogun State.
Olumide disclosed this during an interview with newsmen on Saturday.
Alhaja Faidat Sarumi-Akintunde, who currently serves as the Chairperson of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abeokuta North Local Government, has been appointed as a Board Member of the Agricultural Development Service Commission.
Hon. Yemi Adelani (Igwe) has been entrusted with the position of Board Chairman of the Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency (TRACE).
Similarly, Hon. Femi Adiro has been appointed as a Board Member of the Local Government Service Commission.
Hon. Lijadu Olumide expressed his confidence in the newly appointed officials, emphasizing their dedication, competence, and track record of service to the people of Ogun State.
He encouraged them to leverage their positions for the betterment of their respective sectors and the overall progress of the state.
“These appointments are well-deserved, and I have no doubt that Alhaja Faidat Sarumi-Akintunde, Hon. Yemi Adelani (Igwe), and Hon. Femi Adiro will bring their wealth of experience to bear in their new roles.
