The Council boss made the declaration during an inspection visit to newly approved 1.3km asphalt Ita-baale/Oluwo/Adigbe Police Station Road,which the construction just begin.
He further hinted on the commencement of the construction of Lock-up Shops at Kajola Market, Kajola ward, Construction and Renovation of Two blocks of Classroom with Head Teacher's Office at Owojo, Ajebo Ward, Fresh Construction of a block of classroom at N.U.D Primary School, Mowe, Ofada Ward, Construction and Renovation of Two blocks of Classroom with Head Teacher's Office at Moloko-Asipa, Asipa Ward, Renovation of Offices of Information,and Agricultural Departments at the local government Secretariat,Owode, Construction of a motorized borehole at Alufa, Ajura Ward, and Provided support for Installation and Energization of transformer at Ototo Aberu, Odofin Village, Egbeda Ward.
He commended the State Governor, His Excellency, Prince Dr. Dapo Abiodun, CON for supporting his good initiative by providing necessary resources in kick starting most of these projects and promised to work in tandem with the policies and program of the state government.
He stressed that the grading of roads in the rural areas and some communities will also begins in due course as part of palliative for easy transportation of farm produce and businesses in the council area, while efforts are on top gear to receive Izindonga Group of South Africa on Agricultural Investment drive in Obafemi Owode Local Government by nest month,that will create more employment opportunities to our teaming youths.
Amb. Ogunsola further enjoined the residents to continue support the government through payments of tenament rates, levies and other revenue of the Local Government at all time, while assuring to bring Obafemi Owode Local Government to an enviable standard.
