Hon. Jiboku, in a goodwill message made available to newsmen on Sunday, described the former governor as a distinguished leader whose years in office left lasting footprints in the political and developmental history of Ogun State.
He noted that Senator Amosun’s administration was widely recognized for its focus on infrastructural development, particularly in the areas of road construction, urban renewal, and modernization of public facilities across the state.
According to the assembly aspirant, the former governor demonstrated strong leadership, courage, and commitment to governance, qualities he said remain worthy of emulation by present and future leaders.
Hon. Jiboku stated that the achievements recorded during Senator Amosun’s tenure continue to support economic activities and improve the quality of life of residents in Ogun State.
He further acknowledged the former governor’s role in promoting discipline in governance and strengthening democratic institutions within the state.
The assembly aspirant also commended Senator Amosun for his continued relevance and contributions to national development even after leaving office.
