The Ogun Youth Assembly has extended warm felicitations to the Executive Governor of Ogun State, His Excellency Prince Dapo Abiodun, on the occasion of his 65th birthday, describing his leadership over the past six years as visionary, people-centered, and impactful.
In a statement signed by the Chairman of the Assembly, Ambassador Habeeb Whyte, the youth body lauded the governor’s unwavering commitment to youth development, infrastructure renewal, economic transformation, and good governance across the Gateway State.
Ambassador Whyte praised Governor Abiodun’s inclusive style of leadership and the reforms that have significantly improved the lives of Ogun citizens, especially young people.
“As a youth-focused assembly, we are proud of the strides made under Governor Abiodun’s administration. His investment in education, empowerment, and enterprise development for young people stands out and continues to inspire the next generation of leaders,” he said.
Whyte highlighted key milestones recorded under the administration, including infrastructural projects, healthcare reform, digital economy initiatives, and the strengthening of governance institutions.
“As we mark this dual celebration of His Excellency’s 65th birthday and six years of transformative leadership, the Ogun Youth Assembly pledges its continued support for policies and programs that prioritize youth inclusion and sustainable development,” the statement added.
