This commendation was given by the
Business development Manager of Wellspring Consulting Nigeria, Faith Inyang in Abeokuta, while talking to the trainees from Ogun State on cybersecurity and the high demand for the profession locally and globally.
Inyang explained that the six weeks cybersecurity training would prepare the attendees for an examination towards an international entry certification, the ISC2, valued by employers globally.
She said this would open a career door of opportunities as their is high demand need for cybersecurity experts across the world.
Lauding the interest shown by the minority leader to train some youths from Odogbolu, Inyang said Nigeria can be one of the highest producers of Cybersecurity professionals in the world and earn large foreign exchange, as a way to save the country from its present economic doldrums.
She thereby called on government, private organisations and individuals to emulate Hon. Lukman Olalekan Adeleye and partner Wellspring Consulting Nigeria to invest more in the training of the Nation's youth as cyber security professionals.
According to Inyang, "the consulting firm is well grounded in training cybersecurity professionals which would open doors to endless career possibilities in the ever evolving tech-industry, both locally and globally.
"Wellspring consulting is set to partner various organisations to sponsor young Nigerians, especially young women in building a career in Cybersecurity.
