He noted that Ramadan offers a unique opportunity for believers to strengthen their faith, show compassion to the less privileged and promote harmonious coexistence within their communities.
Jiboku emphasized the importance of tolerance and mutual respect among people of different religious and political backgrounds, stressing that collective progress can only be achieved through unity.
He urged residents to support ongoing efforts aimed at advancing socio-economic growth and improving the welfare of citizens across the state.
The Assembly hopeful further encouraged well-meaning individuals and corporate bodies to extend acts of kindness to vulnerable groups during the fasting period.
According to him, the essence of Ramadan goes beyond abstaining from food and drink, but also involves generosity, love and service to humanity.
He prayed that the Almighty Allah grants all Muslims the strength to successfully complete the fasting period and accept their acts of worship.
