Remo By- Election: APC Chieftain Ogundele Mocks Adetutu, Says PDP Has Lost Credible Members

A Chieftain of All Progressive Party, Hon. Sikirulah Ogundele Ph.D has mocked the 2023  governorship candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State, Hon. Ladipupo Adetutu over his loss at polling unit and ward at Iperu-Remo in the Saturday's by- election into the vacant Remo Federal Constituency seat

Ogundele, a former State Chairman of PDP in a statement attributed the electoral defeat to the recent mass movement of credible members across the state from the party to the ruling APC

Apc,, according to him, is more formidable, well organised, and credible political party

He described the outcome of the poll as a true reflection of wishes of majority of electorates in the Remo Federal Constituency and by extension Ogun people who belong strongly in the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration in the country and Prince Dapo Abiodun's government in the state

Ogundele in the statement predicted more losses in the future elections for PDP,  saying majority of the people have lost trust in the current leadership of the party in the state and country at large

The main contender in the poll include APC Candidate, Princess Adesola Elegbeji and her PDP counter part,Bolarinwa Oluwole among other contestants for Remo Federal Constituency seat at the House of Representatives
