The Chairman of the Ogun State Youth Assembly, Ambassador Habeeb Whyte, has called on young people across the state to take advantage of the ongoing window provided by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to collect and register for their Permanent Voter’s Card (PVC).
On Tuesday, August 19, 2025, Amb. Habeeb Whyte Esq., AICMC, Chairman of the Ogun Youth Assembly, and Comrade Olufemi Owoeye, Spokesperson of the Ogun Youth Assembly, issued a joint press statement announcing the call.
Ambassador Whyte emphasized that the active participation of youths in the electoral process remains a crucial step in shaping the future of Ogun State and Nigeria at large.
According to him, the voter’s card is the strongest tool through which young people can make their voices heard in the governance and democratic process of the country.
He therefore urged Ogun youths not to miss the opportunity presented by INEC but to mobilize themselves, register, and collect their cards in preparation for the forthcoming elections.
