Ogun State Football Association Chairman, Alhaji Ganiyu Majekodunmi, described Remo Stars’ achievement as “a proud moment for Ogun State and a shining example of what is possible through vision, discipline, and relentless hard work.”

The Ogun FA Chairman also used the occasion to praise the club’s visionary owner, Hon. Kunle Soname, for his unwavering commitment to football development in Nigeria.
“Hon. Soname’s leadership has been instrumental in this success. His belief in grassroots football, infrastructure development, and professional excellence has set a benchmark that others must aspire to. We celebrate him as a leader and a pioneer but also as a symbol of what dedication to a cause can achieve,” Alhaji Majekodunmi added.
