In her Ramadan message, Abiola highlighted the importance of spiritual renewal, self-discipline, and adherence to the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
She particularly urged the youth, whom she described as vital to the nation’s future, to use the sacred period to embrace values of love, kindness, patience, and generosity.
She also called on Nigerians to use the month to pray for the peace, progress, and prosperity of the country. Recognizing the efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), she urged citizens to pray for divine guidance, wisdom, and strength for him as he continues to lead the nation.
Abiola acknowledged the recent improvements in the country’s economy, including the strengthening of the Naira, lower food prices, and enhanced security.
She expressed optimism that, with faith and commitment, Nigerians can collectively build a stronger and more united nation.
“As we seek Allah’s forgiveness and blessings, I urge us all to remember our dear country in our prayers. Let us pray for peace, progress, and prosperity for Nigeria. Let us also pray for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR), that Allah grants him the wisdom, strength, and good health to continue steering our nation towards greater heights.
“In recent times, we have seen gains in the value of the Naira, a significant reduction in food prices and improved security across the country. With faith and commitment, we can all contribute to building a stronger, more united Nigeria. Our continuous prayers can also bring us closer to the Nigeria of our dreams.
“May this Ramadan bring us all closer to Allah and to one another. May Almighty Allah grant us ease and accept our good deeds as acts of Ibadah. Aamin.”
