The Chairman Elect of All Progressive Congress, APC Obafemi Owode Local Government, Amb. Adesina 'Lanre Ogunsola, FCPA has been declared elected at the just concluded Local Governments Election held on 16th November, 2024 with highest votes across polling units and wards in the council area.
Ogunsola while receiving Certificate of Return at the State Headquarters of Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission, OGSIEC, expressed appreciation to everyone that has participated in re-electing his party, APC, haven certisfied the requirement number of votes that made him emerged victorious among other political parties that participated in the election.
I thanked His Excellency, Prince Dapo Abiodun, CON, Governor of Ogun State for his outstanding leadership,as a win,win Governor and Chairman Southern Governors Forum who has registered so much love and interest of the party, APC in the mind of all citizens of the states and has also delivered recently in Edo,Ondo and his overall victory at the just concluded local government elections is clear testament for a better tomorrow for all.
I further thanked all the Party leaders, members of the Campaign Committee led by Hon.Dele Erisan, Markets Men and Women, Iyalojas, Babalojas, National unions, Road Transport Workers, Artisans, Community Development Associations(CDA), Religious Leaders and Traditional Rulers,and Gentlemen of the Press for their timely reportage in all prints and broadcast stations.
