Fashina during an interview with newsmen in Abeokuta on Sunday described Osoba as a visionary leader who has made immense contributions to the development of Ogun State.
He praised Osoba's leadership style, which he said has inspired many young people to venture into politics.
OGIC CEO also commended Osoba's commitment to the growth and progress of the state, saying his legacy continues to inspire generations.
He prayed for Osoba's continued good health and wisdom, saying his wealth of experience is still needed in the state.
Fashina also called on other leaders to emulate Osoba's selfless service and dedication to the development of Ogun State.
