Junior Chamber International (JCI) Rockcity on Monday entered into a strategic partnership with Rockcity FM 101.9, following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that establishes a collaborative framework for a radio program and broader engagement initiatives focused on youth development, entrepreneurship, leadership, and community impact.
The MoU signing marks a significant milestone in JCI Rockcity’s 2026 strategic focus, THRIVE: Empower. Lead. Influence. Through this partnership, both organizations will leverage media and structured programming to deepen youth engagement, amplify developmental conversations, and create sustained visibility for opportunities that empower young people to lead and build responsibly.
The agreement was formally executed by the President of JCI Rockcity, Olalekan Aroyehun (JCIN Ambassador); the Chief Executive Officer of Rockcity FM, Niran Malaolu; the Deputy General Manager of Rockcity FM, Dare Adedotun; and the Director of Skills Development, Oluwadamilare Oladotun, who led the conceptualization and coordination efforts for the initiative.
Under the leadership of President Olalekan Aroyehun, the Directorate of Skills Development worked assiduously to bring the partnership to fruition, reinforcing JCI Rockcity’s commitment to structured, high-impact collaborations that deliver measurable value.
Speaking on the partnership, representatives from both organizations emphasized that this is more than a ceremonial agreement — it is a shared commitment to amplify stories, spotlight opportunities, and drive conversations that inspire action.
With Rockcity FM’s extensive broadcast reach and JCI Rockcity’s mission-driven programming, the collaboration creates a bridge between ideas and action, voices and visibility, and purpose and progress.
The partnership will immediately activate the Impact Half Hour radio program alongside other joint initiatives aimed at leadership development and enterprise promotion.
