The Golden Stars Football Club was the guest of honour at a dinner hosted by Oba Saka Matemilola, the Olowu of Owu Kingdom, in celebration of their triumph at the just concluded Oba Matemilola Under 15 Football Competition.

The dinner, held at Diamond Suite, Ibara Abeokuta was attended by sons and daughters of Owu Kingdom who came to grace the occasion and congratulate the team on their victory.

Oba Matemilola, in his welcome address, praised the team for their hard work and dedication, which led to their emergence as champions of the competition.

The dinner was filled with excitement and joy as the team members and guests enjoyed good food and music.

The highlight of the evening was honoring some sons and daughters of Owu kingdom as patron and matron of the competition 

The Golden Stars have proven themselves to be a formidable team, and their victory is a testament to their hard work and dedication.
